ARCHIVE CLARIFICATION — THREE-WAY TELEPHONE CALL
In an earlier written account, I stated that I was on a three-way telephone call with my father, Bernard Yudowitz, and my brother Martin Yudowitz. I wrote that, immediately before I could say hello, my father asked Martin whether he had finished doing something about my emails, and Martin replied that I had “too many.”
I stand by that earlier written account. This point is not presently contained in a newly notarized supplemental filing because I am currently far from the Philippine consulate. I intend to provide this clarification to the appropriate Philippine authorities, including the Department of Justice and National Bureau of Investigation, through available communication or filing channels, and to preserve any later formal supplemental submission separately in this archive.

The Complaint-Affidavit establishes the claims as sworn in this archive. Publication puts that record in view. It does not close the investigation or stand in for a finding by the receiving agency.
DUPLICATED SOURCE MATERIAL
Some documents and exhibits appear in more than one jurisdiction archive because they were included in, referenced by, or relied upon in multiple filings. The duplication is intentional so each jurisdiction file can be reviewed as a complete record without requiring the reader to leave that archive.
SUPPLEMENTS & CORRECTIONS
